About Us
Nine Rubies Knitting is a new yarn-and-knitting business in San Mateo, CA. It’s the (not quite done) creation of a mother-daughter team:
- Saloni Howard-Sarin, who decided that it was time to own her own business after 20 years in Silicon Valley.
- Sudha Sarin, who decided that managing a store with her daughter was better than managing one for other people.
Of the two, Sudha’s the better knitter.
